stage. Our panel of very experienced investment bankers
will show you the various options available and provide
you all the alternatives you can explore to finance your
company. You will learn the important nuances with
different forms of equity (Angels, VC's, private
placement, strategic investors, etc) and different forms
of available debt (SBA loans, factoring, PO financing,
etc.). Chances are, as your company grows you will need
multiple and overlapping forms of capital. This panel
will help you navigate the many choices you have and

Last Year's Conference Highlights.
On behalf of all the panelists below, we want to thank you
for attending one of our two panels, "Stages of Financing: The Investment Banker's Role."
This popular panel covered the nuances of equity and debt
financing from seed capital to IPO. We estimate that close
to a fifth of the entire conference attendance attended our
presentations, and apologize to those that could not get into
the room in the first session due to lack of space.
For the benefit of those that could not get in, and as a
service to those that did, the panelists below have graciously
agreed to provide their PowerPoint presentations, which can be
reviewed and downloaded from below. Please treat all
material as copyrighted as a courtesy to the panelists who
volunteered their time for this important panel.
Please contact the panelists directly, and visit their
websites. Mention that you were at the conference or were
impressed with their PowerPoint presentations. They are
each committed to help entrepreneurs realize their goals.
